About Omiqa

Omiqa is a contract research organisation, supporting scientists from both academia and industry with efficient bioinformatics solutions for Next-Generation Sequencing data.

My Role

My job was to design a visual identity that highlighted Omiqa’s unique value proposition. The main challenge was the services and dozens of sub services and finding a solution to make them easy to use and accessible.

After extensive research, a branding workshop, and different design proposals, we crafted a comprehensive rebrand with a new visual identity. Along with the rebranding I also created the website with the new brand guidelines and one goal in mind: lower bounce rates.

The result: 60 % decrease in bounce rates within the first 30 days after the launch. Since the implementation Omiqa is getting more clients through the submissions from the website.
